i88win Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players in Myanmar ("you" or "player") and the organisation operating the i88win platform ("i88win", "we") when you access, register an account on, or play at the i88win platform (i88win.today).

By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform. i88win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Age Restriction

Players must be 21 years of age or older to use the i88win platform. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing i88win. i88win reserves the right to verify a player's age at any time and may close the account if verification cannot be provided.

Registration and Individual Player Responsibility

Each player may open only one account on the i88win platform. Registration must be completed with accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information may result in a large number of available withdrawals being affected. A player's account is for their personal use only and must not be shared with or accessed by any third party.

Remaining provisions

• The player must not be an employee, family member, or affiliated person of i88win.
• The player must not use the platform for commercial purposes — it is for personal entertainment only.
• Using the i88win platform with screen automation software, bots, or any auto-play tools is strictly prohibited.

Personal Information Protection

Players must carefully safeguard their login credentials (username and password) and avoid accessing their account over public networks whenever possible. All activity occurring under a player's account will be considered the responsibility of that player.

Account Closure

i88win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• When these terms and conditions are violated
• When involved in fraud or irregular money flow
• When attempting to manipulate the platform
• When false personal information is found to have been submitted
• When a chargeback is requested through a central bank

If an account is closed, i88win will decide whether any remaining balance is returned to the player, and that decision is final.

Deposit Methods and Minimum Deposit

Deposits on the i88win platform can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks and deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

When making a deposit, players must use their own payment method only. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited.

No Deposit Reversals

If a chargeback is attempted after a deposit has been made, the player's account will be immediately suspended and i88win may decide to take legal action.

Minimum Withdrawal and Processing Time

Players may withdraw a minimum of 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing may exceed this timeframe due to banking delays, but i88win will process withdrawals as quickly as possible.

Withdrawal Verification Process

Before requesting a withdrawal, the player must have fully submitted their KYC (Know Your Customer) information and received confirmation from i88win. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit; withdrawals to a different method will only be approved by i88win if sufficient proof is provided.

Withdrawal Rejection

i88win reserves the right to reject a withdrawal for the following reasons—

• When bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
• When there is suspicion of money laundering
• When KYC verification has not yet been completed
• When an account review is in progress

Welcome Bonus

i88win's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw this bonus is bonus amount × 25.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus for a total balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.

Example 2 — Deposit 120,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks for a total balance of 220,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.

General Bonus Terms

• Specific instructions for each bonus are shown on the relevant promotions page and must be read together with these terms and conditions.
• Bonus funds are separate from deposited funds, so the deposited amount cannot be withdrawn without the bonus until wagering requirements are met.
• i88win reserves the right to modify or suspend bonus programs, with notice given at the time of the decision.
• If i88win believes a bonus is being exploited to abuse the system, i88win reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

VIP Program

i88win has 4 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Bonus and cashback benefits are as follows—

• Bronze — Weekly Cashback up to 0.4% per week
• Silver — Weekly Cashback up to 0.8% per week
• Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 1.1% per week
• Platinum — Weekly Cashback up to 1.5% per week

VIP tier progression is based on the player's activity and gameplay, and i88win's decision is final.

Fair Play Policy

i88win protects player data with SSL Encryption and uses Random Number Generation technology to ensure fair game results.

Privacy Protection

Players' personal data is handled in accordance with i88win's Privacy Policy. No personal data is shared with third parties for financial gain — except where required by legally mandated verification processes.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or game results
• Opening multiple accounts that appear to be independent but are actually operated in coordination (Collusion)
• Making fraudulent deposits or withdrawals to abuse bonuses
• Using the platform with inappropriate language, threats or harassment

If any of the above violations are detected, the player's account will be suspended and any remaining balance will be settled at i88win's discretion.

Gaming Limits & Self-Exclusion

Players can request a deposit limit, session time limit or loss limit through the i88win support team. Self-Exclusion is also available upon request, and during that period i88win will not send any promotional communications to the player.

Platform Content Copyright

All designs, software, brand names, graphics and service records on the i88win platform are the property of i88win. Copying, distributing or using them for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Player-Submitted Content

Players may not submit any content on the platform that is intended to undermine or attack others. i88win reserves the right to remove any profile information, comments or messages submitted by a player that may cause harm to a third party.

Service Interruption

i88win may temporarily or permanently suspend its services due to technical issues, maintenance periods, cyber attacks or any circumstance beyond i88win's control. i88win cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred during such periods.

Financial Liability Cap

For any losses, financial damages or losses arising from use of this platform, i88win's liability is limited solely to the balance remaining in the player's account and does not extend to covering the value of any losses beyond that amount.

Jurisdiction & Limitation Period

Any dispute relating to these terms that cannot be resolved between the parties must be settled through Arbitration, and any legal action must be initiated within one year from the date the issue arose.

Amendments

i88win may amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
